Can I come and pick my own tree?
Unfortunately, due to current Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to open the barn for you to come and choose your tree. However, we are only a phone call away if you need help and advice. This is what we do best. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email, phone (01430 449333) or Facebook/Instagram messenger.
What sizes do you sell?
We sell everything from small 3ft pot grown trees to big 8ft beauties online.
What if I want a bigger tree?
We often stock larger trees (9ft+) but these are usually on a pre-order basis and subject to availability. If you can’t see a tree on our website to suit you, please get in touch. Ideally we like to have orders for larger trees (10ft+) in before mid November. If you require a larger tree please give us a call and we will do our best to help you.
What are your delivery charges?
See Home Delivery above.
Can I call and place an order?
You are more than welcome to call and place an order. We will do our best to pick you the perfect tree on your specifications. Call 01430 449333 during our opening hours and payment can be taken over the phone.
Where’s the best place to put my tree?
The best place for a real Christmas tree is away from heat sources and high traffic areas. Heat will cause the tree to lose moisture quicker; causing needles to fall. Treat cut Christmas trees as you would a bunch of cut flowers and keep them in a water holding stand, topped up with water.
How often should I water my tree?
We advise checking the water level everyday and topping it up when required. If you have your house on the warmer side you may find you have to check the water more regularly.
My tree is dropping needles, what should I do?
It is normal for all trees to drop a few needles. However, if they are dropping a large amount of needles you may need to look at where you tree is positioned and lower the temperature of the room.
